Personal Struggles
Everyone struggles. Sometimes all we need is an impartial and empathetic ear, allowing us the chance to express, pause, breathe and reflect. Fear, worry, and stress are normal responses when we are faced with uncertainty or the unknown. Sometimes we think we are coping only to realise that we are actually struggling. This is the time to seek support via counselling and/or therapy. Reaching out for support is not a sign of weakness — it is often the first step toward understanding ourselves more deeply and finding a healthier way forward.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy will help you not only solve your immediate relationship issue, but also create long-lasting solutions that will aid in both partners’ communication, interaction, and displays of love throughout your relationship.
It may help a couple learn healthy relationship strategies. Recognising your unhealthy habits can be as essential as identifying your partner’s unhealthy behaviors. I encourage couples you to engage an open-ended discussion with me being a neutral third-party.
Life Coaching
I listen to your story with care and without judgement. This is a safe space where you can speak openly about what’s on your mind, at your own pace. I may offer guidance, reflections, or new perspectives, but I won’t tell you what you should do. My role is not to direct your life, but to walk alongside you as you work through the challenges and decisions you’re facing.
With a little support, encouragement, and the right tools, I believe you already have the strength and insight needed to take action in your own life. Sometimes it simply takes another person listening carefully and asking the right questions to help you see things more clearly.
Grief Support
Everyone will grieve a loss in their own way and in their own time. It’s important to talk, share, and honour the deceased person’s life before being able to integrate the loss into your life. I become your companion; I listen and give support as you travel the unenviable journey of grief. We work at a pace that you set. Our aim is to find a little peace for you and eventually discover a fresh purpose and meaning in your life at a time when it feels like
there is none.

My name is Marsha Gusti
I am a certified Counsellor who specializes in helping people cope with life issues. I guide my clients in a way that utilises both their heads and their hearts. One of the most fundamental needs of a human being is to be heard. I am here to listen.
My Approach
I work from a Person-Centred Approach which means you, the client, are the one in control. I believe you are the expert in determining the best course of action for you.
I use a number of therapies adopting elements from each depending on the issues being presented.
